Good clean example of the 1903 pattern webbing belt, introduced in 1917 to replace the earlier leather version. These were withdrawn in 1923. this example being dated 1918.
This type are significantly less wide at 1 3/4 inches, than the 08 waist belt yet having similar features. This example was made by M. W & S. Ltd. and retains its issue stamps.
The webbing is in good clean condition, though it is believed that these type of belts were not ever generally blancoed.
The brasses are on good clean shape.
